The structure is being prepared to be built for the 17th Winter Deaf-Olympic Games in 2011, in Slovakia. It is located near the motorway D1, in the south part of the town according to the urban study, as ambitious design of the building for a new, modern zone. The stadium is in the shape of a block as logic result of its purpose. The interior has simple and functional design.

The plan of building enables an observer to perceive "hi-tec" details in the interior (footbridge on wire construction, open stairs with glass lift, entrance…). Architecture of wooden, massive entrances plays an important role in perceiving their exterior as a light, "warm" element comparing to dominant cloak made from steel in the form of ice-blocks. The structure itself covers 6980 m2 of built-up area and uses 13 800 m2 of useful area. There are 441 parking places, 5549 seats + 96 V.I.P seats , 13 changing rooms for sportsmen, 2 changing room for public, gymnasium, fitness centre, congress hall, restaurant with 70 seats, 5 buffets, presscentre, wellness…
